Books offer an escape, and can be a guiding force in your life. This downloadable list is meant for the caregiver, or anyone on a spiritual journey. These books are not about care-giving, they are books that help you discover more about you, and your journey.

Journal Prompts

It can be hard to find the time to journal, but even a few minutes a day may be beneficial. Why? Because journaling will allow you to "release" any thoughts that you are carrying with you. Anger, sadness, regret -- your private journal is a safe place to release them all. Plus... journaling can be a good place to focus on yourself, and on the positive.
